We've answered the most common questions from drivers about the THOM app.

Yes! You can use THOM for free. Every user receives 5,000 free tokens monthly for the AI Co-Driver. Free tokens are automatically renewed on the 1st of each month. When you run out, you can purchase additional tokens (which never expire) or wait until next month.
No. You can use the app without signing in. However, if you sign in (Google or Apple), your data is saved and the AI Co-Driver can give you personalized answers based on your history.
Activity records and tachograph work offline. Regulations are available without internet as they are built into the app. The AI Co-Driver requires an internet connection.
No. THOM is an auxiliary tool that helps you track time, but does NOT replace the digital tachograph in the vehicle. The tachograph in the truck is legally required and the only officially recognized device.
We currently cover more than 30 European countries — from Croatia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Scandinavia, the Baltics and Southeast Europe. We are constantly adding new countries.
The AI Co-Driver is your virtual colleague who answers questions about driving, transport, tachograph, regulations and tolls. Just type your question in Croatian, German or English and get an answer in seconds.
THOM works on iPhone (iOS 14+) and Android (version 8+) devices. You can also use the web version in any browser.
No. The AI Co-Driver provides informational advice based on available data and artificial intelligence. The answers have no legal force and do not constitute legal advice. For official legal information, contact the competent authorities or a legal advisor.
