The THOM App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Solum Enterprise LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
All information provided through the App — including traffic regulations, speed limits, fines, tolls, tachograph rules, and AI Co-Driver responses — is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.
GPS functionality is an auxiliary tool. GPS data does not constitute official records and does not replace any legally required device or certification. Accuracy depends on device capability and signal quality.
The AI Co-Driver provides responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses are not legal advice and carry no legal authority. Solum Enterprise LLC is not liable for any decision made based on AI Co-Driver output.
The THOM App does not replace the legally required digital tachograph. Activity records within the App are auxiliary tools only and have no legal standing. Drivers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solum Enterprise LLC is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, fines, data loss, or loss of revenue.
Traffic regulations, fines, tolls, and other rules may change without notice. We cannot guarantee that all data is current at all times. Users must verify applicable regulations independently before travel.
