The THOM App uses a token system for the AI Co-Driver feature. This section explains how tokens work and how payments are processed.
The AI Co-Driver consumes tokens per response. Token usage varies based on the complexity of the query. As AI models are continuously improved, token consumption rates may change at our sole discretion.
Every user receives 5,000 free tokens per month, automatically renewed on the 1st of each month. Unused free tokens do not carry over.
Purchased tokens never expire.

THOM does not store your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by Apple Pay or Google Pay.
All payments are processed through Apple Pay and Google Pay using industry-leading security standards. THOM has no access to your card data. All data transfers are encrypted.
All purchases are final. Refunds are only considered in cases where tokens were not delivered due to a confirmed technical error on our part. Purchased tokens never expire. Free tokens (5,000/month) reset on the 1st of each month.
